In order to fit your horse properly, we use a "Fit to be Seen" form. This involves using a bare tree to fit your horse. AMTS doesl offer a return policy, only if the fit forms are used to measure your horse. Forms are shipped based on the type of horse (gaited/non gaited) you have. After much consideration Double O has decided to no longer allow returns on AMTS saddles. The use of Fit Forms has allowed us to obtain a consistent fit, and we no longer feel it necessary to accept a saddle that has been made per your instructions and your designs.

If in the event the saddle is made improperly or not according to order, we will happily allow a return option for ten days. We apologize for any difficulty this decision may cause, however we feel this is in the best interest of our business. Thank you for understanding.
